Elm Tree Terminates Keymet Option Agreement

Vancouver, B.C. - (January, 17 2013 - TSX-V: ETM) Elm Tree Minerals Inc. (the "Company" or “Elm Tree”) announces that it has terminated its option agreement announced April 3, 2012 with Great Atlantic Resources Corp. (TSX-V; GR). The agreement had granted Elm Tree an option to acquire up to 80% of Great Atlantic's right, title and interest in and to the Keymet Property comprising a total of 162 mineral claims covering 6,480 acres located in the Bathurst region of New Brunswick. Elm Tree is currently seeking other exploration opportunities.
