Amendment of Sask Craton Property Agreement

November 3, 2014 – Strike Graphite Corp. (“the Company” or “Strike”) announces that it has amended the terms of the Property Agreement dated May 20, 2014, regarding acquisition of the Sask Craton Property (see news release dated May 22, 2014). The parties have agreed that the payments to the vendors totaling $138,257.07 due on November 1, 2014, will now be payable on or before January 15, 2015. All other terms of the Property Agreement remain the same.
