Goliath Drills Up To 9.12 g/t AuEq Over 11.27 Meters With Visible Gold And Expands Bonanza Zone At The High-Grade Gold Surebet Discovery That Remains Open For Expansion, Golden Triangle, B.C.
- Drill hole GD-26-431 intersected two neighbouring broad mineralized intervals that are part of the Bonanza Zone in the western fringes of the mineralized system, see Figures 1a - 1c.:
- The first interval assayed 9.12 g/t AuEq over 11.27 meters, including 13.89 g/t AuEq over 7.14 meters that consists of stockwork and breccia veins associated with calc-silicate and biotite alteration with Visible Gold to the Naked Eye (VG-NE), galena, sphalerite, and pyrrhotite mineralization;
- The second interval assayed 4.70 g/t AuEq over 3.03 meters, within a broader interval of 1.08 g/t AuEq over 20.00 meters that is proximal to the Big Bulk Zone. In this interval stockwork veins and veinlets are associated dominantly with biotite, sericite alteration and pyrrhotite.

- Drill hole GD-26-442 intersected 8.35 g/t AuEq over 4.15 meters, including 31.42 g/t AuEq over 1.00 meter. This intercept is part of the new 100 meter Bonanza Zone expansion step-out to the north in 2026, where mineralization consists of quartz-sulphide veins associated with localized biotite and sericite alteration, VG-NE, galena, sphalerite, and pyrrhotite; see Figures 2a and 2b.

- The expanded high-grade core of the Bonanza Zone is located above the valley floor, potentially making it a great
target for initial underground mining operations using gravity methods.
- Drilling conducted during the 2026 program intersected mineralization in multiple step-out drill holes, resulting in
the expansion of the Bonanza Zone by 750 meters to the southwest, 100 meters to the west, 100 meters to the north and 160 meters to the northeast. The Bonanza Zone remains open for expansion and assays are pending; see Figure 3.

- The total footprint of the Surebet system is 2.01 km2, which represents a 12% increase compared to 1.8 km2 defined prior to the 2026 drilling season. Multiple drill holes intercepts from 2026 have expanded the Bonanza Zone to 1.51 km2 from 1.27 Km2 (a 19% increase) and the Golden Gate Zone to 1.17 Km2 from 0.85 Km2 (a 38% increase) and both remain open for expansion; see news August 24, 2026.
- Visible Gold to the Naked Eye (VG-NE) has been intersected in multiple veins and shear zones from 52 out of 92
holes drilled in 2026 continuing to confirm consistency of gold mineralization widely disseminated throughout the Surebet system that remains open laterally and at depth; see Figures 4a - 4e.

- All drill holes from the 2026 drill program completed to date have intersected quartz-sulphide mineralization which typically coincide with high-grade gold mineralization.
- Only a hand full holes with complete gold equivalent (AuEq) assays have been reported to date from a total of 97 drill holes for this year’s program; many more assays to come.
- The fully funded 2026 drill program comprises approximately 50,000 meters of systematic drilling, including 7 drill rigs targeting expansion of the known gold mineralization laterally and at depth, focused on the Bonanza, Eldorado, Golden Gate, Surebet and Whopper Zones.

All reported holes contain substantial gold-mineralization characterized by the widespread presence of VG-NE that continues to demonstrate increased confidence in the continuity as well as the expansion potential of the Surebet High-Grade Gold System.

Drill Hole GD-26-431 (Pad 4, Azimuth 40, Dip 85) successfully intersected two distinct mineralized intervals within the Bonanza Zone along the western fringes of the system. The first interval returned high-grade results, assaying 9.12 g/t AuEq over 11.27 meters, which includes a higher-grade core of 13.89 g/t AuEq over 7.14 meters. Mineralization in this upper intercept consists of stockwork and breccia veins associated with calc-silicate and biotite alteration, featuring abundant VG-NE alongside galena, sphalerite, and pyrrhotite. The second deeper interval assayed 4.70 g/t AuEq over 3.03 meters, within a broader interval of 1.08 g/t AuEq over 20.00 meters where mineralization is hosted primarily in stockwork veins and veinlets accompanied by biotite-sericite alteration and pyrrhotite that is proximal to the new Big Bulk Zone.
Drill Hole GD-26-442 (Pad 15, Azimuth 310, Dip 79) targeted the northern 100 meter step-out expansion of the Bonanza Zone. This hole successfully intersected 8.35 g/t AuEq over 4.15 meters, which includes a high-grade interval of 31.42 g/t AuEq over a 1.00-meter core length. Mineralization in this zone is characterized by well-defined quartz-sulphide veins associated with localized biotite and sericite alteration, VG-NE, galena, sphalerite, and pyrrhotite.
Drill Hole GD-26-426 (Pad 15, Azimuth 310, Dip 79) tested a strategic 100 meter step-out interval of the Bonanza Zone to the north-northwest. This hole intersected a high-grade sub-interval of 5.07 g/t AuEq over 3.91 meters within a broader interval of 2.93 g/t AuEq over 7.00 meters. The intercept is defined by a sheared quartz breccia containing VG-NE, accompanied by massive to stringer concentrations of sphalerite, pyrrhotite, galena, and chalcopyrite.

Surebet Discovery Highlights
- 100% of the drill holes completed prior to the 2026 drill season have intersected gold mineralization, clearly demonstrating remarkable grade continuity and widths, with over 1,500 diamond drill hole intercepts (pierce points); ~77% have 25 – 50 meter spacings. Demonstrating the geological team has a great understanding of the system and its predictability.
- The most recent ore mineralization model incorporating all available data prior to the 2026 drill program identified five (5) stacked gold-mineralized vein systems/zones: Bonanza, Surebet, Golden Gate, Whopper, and Eldorado. Collectively these zones comprise 46 gold-rich lodes/veins and multiple subvertical Eocene-aged dyke swarms. A good analogy for the stacked veins that are gently-dipping is the Pogo Mine in Alaska. (see Table 3 and Figure 5).
