79 ANNOUNCES NEW CEO AND BOARD APPOINTMENTS
Vancouver, British Columbia – December 23, 2020 – 79 Resources Ltd. (CSE: SNR) (“79” or
the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment s of Mr. Steven Feldman as Chief
Executive Officer and Director and Mr. William Rascan as a Director , effective immediately.
Mr. Feldman has over 25 years of capital markets experience including significant experience in
the mining and resource industry. Steven has consulted to a broad array of industr ies - from gold
explorers, battery metal technology developers and legal cann abis to copper miners and large-cap
coal producers. Notably, Steven’s mining experience includes managing Investor Relations at
SouthGobi Resources Ltd., a coal producer and the first TSX-listed miner to dual list on the Hong
Kong Stock Exchange.
Mr. Rascan joins 79 Resources with +30 years’ experience in the investment brokerage/capital
markets industry, most recently as President & CEO of Nova Mentis Life Science Corp (formerly
Liberty Leaf Holdings) and previous to that as CEO of Weststar Resources. During his tenure at
Liberty Leaf, William over saw all aspects of the business which included a fundamental change of
business into the cannabis sector, successfully shepherding its Health Canada cultivation and
processing license and growing the company to +$100mm mkt cap.
The Company further announces Gary Musil has resigned as Chief Executive Officer, President and
Director of the Company. Management would like to thank Gary for his invaluable service to the
Company and wish him well in his future endeavors.
