Announces Board and Officer Changes

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – Golden Harp Resources Inc. (TSX Venture: GHR.H) (“Golden Harp”), a company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of Canadian mineral properties, today announced director and officer changes.

Erinn Broshko has been appointed as a director and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Harp. Mr. Broshko is the Managing Director of a Vancouver-based private equity firm. Previous to that, Mr. Broshko was the Chief Executive Officer and then Executive Chairman of a publicly-listed biotechnology company and a corporate and securities lawyer with a prominent Vancouver-based law firm.

Shaun Maskerine has resigned as a director, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Shauna Hartman has resigned as a director, of Golden Harp. The board of directors wish to thank Mr. Maskerine and Ms. Hartman for their years of dedicated and excellent service to the company.
