SILVER PURSUIT CLOSES $50,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Date: March 25, 2014

Further to the Company’s news release of January 20, 2014 announcing private placements for the sale of 1,000,000 units at $0.05 per unit, where each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant at the exercise price of $0.05 per share, the Company announces July 21, 2014 as the following hold period expiry date in respect of the shares comprising of the units and the shares issued upon exercise of the shares purchase warrants.
