Thunderbird Minerals Commences Trading on the OTCQB Venture Market

Vancouver, British Columbia, November 2, 2026 – Thunderbird Minerals Corp. (TSXV: BIRD) (OTCQB: TBRDF) (FSE: X7J) (the “Company” or “Thunderbird”) is pleased to announce that its common shares will commence trading on the OTCQB Venture Market (“OTCQB”), operated by OTC Markets Group Inc., under the symbol “TBRDF.” , effective November 3, 2026.

The move to the OTCQB represents an upgrade from the OTC Pink market. Thunderbird’s common shares continue to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “BIRD” and on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange under the symbol “X7J.”

John Newell, President and Chief Executive Officer of Thunderbird, commented: “Commencing trading on the OTCQB is an important step in building Thunderbird’s presence among U.S. investors. With our Apache copper and gold project in California, we see value in making it easier for American investors to follow our progress and participate in the Company’s growth. Our focus remains on advancing our exploration priorities and directing capital toward work that builds our understanding of the mineral potential of our properties.”
