9197-3974 QUEBEC INC. ACQUIRES SECURITIES IN GOLDEN TAG RESOURCES LTD.

Montreal, Québec – April 27, 2016 – 9197-3974 Québec Inc., announces that on January 14, 2016, it acquired ownership of 11,264,995 common shares (the “Common Shares”) in the capital stock of Golden Tag Resources Ltd. (“Golden Tag”; TSX-V: GOG), as follows:

1. Change of ownership of 612,995 Common Shares from Mr. Georges Durst to 9197-3974 Québec Inc; and

2. Change of ownership of 10,652,000 Common Shares from Saratoga Leasing Inc. (a wholly owned private corporation of Mr. Georges Durst) to 9197-3974 Québec Inc.;

As a result of this transaction 9197-3974 Québec Inc. holds approximately 19.28% of the outstanding Common Shares as at April 27, 2016.

9197-3974 Québec Inc. acquires or disposes of direct ownership of the Common Shares for investment purposes only. These investments will be reviewed by it on a continuing basis and such holdings may be increased or decreased in the future.
