American Potash Grants Stock Options

Vancouver, B.C., February 15, 2023. American Potash Corp. KCL-CSE (the "Company") announces that the Board of Directors has approved the grant of incentive stock options (the “Options”) to directors and officers of the Company to purchase up to 1,600,000 common shares. The Options are exercisable on or before February 15, 2028 at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share.
