PALISADES INCREASES PRIVATE PLACEMENT TO $222,500

Vancouver, British Columbia – April 28, 2016 – Palisades Ventures Inc. (TSX.V: PSV) announces an increase to its previously announced non-brokered private placement from $150,000 to $222,500 due to investor demand. The private placement will consist of 4,450,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit for gross proceeds of $222,500. Each unit will be comprised of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, with each full warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.10 per share for a period of two years from the date of closing. No finders' fee will be payable on this placement, which is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSX Venture Exchange.
