INFORM RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES EXPIRATION AND TERMINATION OF PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF CITADEL LED LIGHTING INC.

Vancouver, British Columbia – April 25, 2016 – Inform Resources Corp. (“Inform Resources” or the “Company”) (TSX.V:IRR) reports today that it has cancelled the proposed acquisition of Citadel LED Lighting Inc. (“Citadel”) previously announced by the Company on February 15, 2016.

No definitive agreement was reached and both parties have been released from further obligations to pursue other opportunities.

Trading in Inform Resources’ common shares has been halted since the announcement of the letter of intent on February 15, 2016, and is expected to resume on April 27, 2016. Inform Resources will continue to pursue other opportunities to enhance shareholder value.
