“The transi+on to a clean-energy world using ba6ery technology is being con- sidered as one of the largest investment opportuni+es of the decade. This financing sets a path forward to further validate our role in the cobalt and ba6ery mineral supply chain through the acquisi+on and development of cobalt-nickel-copper projects located in Neva- da, a premier mining jurisdic+on.”

Global Energy’s management believes that advancing and acquiring an 85 percent interest in the Lovelock and Treasure Box projects in Nevada provides the Company with high-potenTal, growth-stage exploraTon projects in a well established mining district. AddiTonally it provides the foundaTon to develop a domesTc supply of baGery metals criTcal to naTonal and economic security at a Tme when the importance of domesTc mineral independence is recognized as being criTcal to the transiTon towards a low carbon, baGery intensive energy system.

Energy security has, for decades, been high on the agenda of poliTcs and defense, but only recently has it included minerals and metals, now deemed ‘criTcal.’ As the new energy transiTon evolves so to will the need for it to be more mineral-intensive and mineral independence, domesTc refinement and manufacturing will be key to this movement.

This financing complements the recently announced commitment by Electric RoyalTes Ltd. (“Electric RoyalTes”) that provides Global Energy Metals with an aGracTve form of financing and short term investments via the spin-out of a small royalty on its Queensland, Australian projects. The royalty also provides
