Decade Resources Ltd. Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement
Further to the Company’s earlier news release dated October 9, 2014, the Company is pleased to announce it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for and closed a private placement of 423,076 common shares, at a price of $0.13 per common share, to raise proceeds of $55,000.
No finder’s fee or commission were paid in connection with the private placement.
All of the shares are subject to a hold period and may not be traded in Canada until March 8, 2015, except as permitted by applicable Canadian securities laws and the TSX Venture
