KISMET ANNOUNCES EXPIRY OF LETTER OF INTENT

Vancouver, British Columbia – Friday, August 16, 2019. Kismet Resources Corp. (TSXV: KSMT.P) (“Kismet” or the “Company”), announces that it has determined not to proceed with the proposed qualifying transaction with Diitalk Communications Inc. (“Diitalk”) or concurrent private placement as initially announced on June 10, 2019, and has terminated its letter of intent with Diitalk.

Kismet, a capital pool company, will continue to identify and evaluate other businesses and assets with the view to completing a qualifying transaction under the CPC policy of the TSX Venture Exchange. Kismet has made a request to reinstate the Company’s common shares for trading. Investors are cautioned that trading in the securities of a CPC should be considered highly speculative.
