New Global Amends Tranche 1 of Private Placement

Vancouver, British Columbia… Further to its press release dated January 27, 2010 New Global Ventures International Ltd. (the “Company”) announces it has amended Tranche 1 of its previously announced non-brokered private placement. Due to certain delivery of securities against payment (“DAP”) transactions with PROs that did not complete, the Company raised only $285,000, and issued 1,900,000 Units at a price of $0.15 per Unit. An Amended Filing has been submitted to the TSX Venture Exchange.
