Vancouver, BC – Royal Lifescience Corp. (NEX: “RLS.H”) (the "Company"), a capital pool company pursuant to Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”), announces that its letter of intent with Slave Lake Zinc Corp. announced on July 14, 2017 (the “LOI”) automatically terminated as the parties had not entered into a definitive agreement by August 15, 2017, being the date set out in the LOI. The Company chose not to extend the LOI and to seek to identify a new potential Qualifying Transaction, due to a variety of factors, including the continued weakness in junior equity markets.

The common shares of the Company are expected to resume trading on the NEX board of the TSXV upon receiving TSXV approval.
