ALTAIR ACQUIRES G. HOWE LITHIUM CORP.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – JULY 15, 2016: ALTAIR RESOURCES INC. (“Altair” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: AVX; Germany FRA: 90A; ISIN: CA02137W1014; WKN: WKN A2ALMP) Mr. John Huguet, Chairman of the Board, is pleased to announce that further to the Company’s press release dated June 20, 2016, the Company has received the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange and has completed its acquisition of 100% of the shares of G. Howe Lithium Corp. (“G. Howe”), a private British Columbia corporation, whose sole asset is a 38 claim block, known as the Tilia Lithium property (the “Property”), which covers an area of approximately 2,092 hectares located in the Abitibi area of the province of Quebec. In consideration for the acquisition of G. Howe, the Company made a payment of $20,000 in cash and issued an aggregate of 500,000 common shares in the capital of the Company to the vendor. The Company also paid a finder’s fee of 56,000 common shares to an arm’s length party to the Company.

The Company has received 745 mega bites of historical data on the project from the Quebec geological registry. This includes work in the 1950's, 1980's and a presentation to the Prospector's and Developers Association in 2002. There have been extensive soil and sediment sample taken from all the compass points on the Property. Lithium shows consistently throughout the Property. We will have thorough geological reviews done over the Property to prepare for our upcoming work programs.
