Vancouver, B.C., May 26, 2022. Canter Resources Corp. (CSE: CRC) (“Canter” or the “Company”)
announces that on May 24, 2022, Mr. Thomas O’Neill resigned as a member of the Board of
Directors so that he may focus his efforts on other professional duties.
The Board of Directors would like to thank Mr. O’Neill for his contribution over the past few
months and wish him well in his future endeavours.
Canter and the Board are currently evaluating alternatives with respect to appointing a new
director to fill the current vacancy.
