Canadian International Minerals Inc. (the “Company”) (CIN – TSX Venture) is pleased to announce that it has closed its private placement of 1,250,000 non flow through units at a price of $0.02 per unit for total gross proceeds of $25,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferable share purchase warrant, each warrant exercisable into one additional common share until June 8, 2017, at a price of $0.05 per share.
The proceeds of the private placement will be used as follows:

The unallocated working capital noted in the above table will be used to maintain operations and cover ongoing general and administrative expenses.
All securities issued pursuant to the placement are subject to regulatory hold periods expiring October 9, 2015.
