Savant Explorations Ltd. announces Closing of Private Placement
Vancouver, BC, November 8, 2016 – Savant Explorations Ltd. (SVT.TSX-V) (“the Company”) announces that it has closed the private placement announced on September 19, 2016, consisting of the issuance of 7,000,000 units at a price of $0.015 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one-half (1/2) of a share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.05 until the close of business on November 2, 2018.
The Company paid a finder’s fee of $5,250 to Leede Jones Gable Inc. of Vancouver, BC, in connection with this private placement.
All of the securities issued pursuant to this private placement, including any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of the share purchase warrants forming part of the units, are subject to a hold period which expires on March 3, 2017.
