APPOINTMENT OF GINETTE BOLDUC AS CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Piedmont, Quebec, September 11, 2026 – Exploration Goldflare Inc. (TSXV: GOFL) (“Goldflare” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Ginette Bolduc as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Ms. Bolduc’s appointment remains subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
Ms. Bolduc succeeds Mr. David Corbeil-Héneault, who left his position in mid-July 2026. Her appointment completes the transition process undertaken by the Company following his departure. Goldflare thanks Mr. Corbeil-Héneault for his service to the Company over the past several years.
Ms. Bolduc brings more than 35 years of experience in accounting and administration. Selfemployed since 1991, she operates her own business providing accounting and administrative services to a diverse clientele, notably in the forestry, mining and construction sectors, as well as to self-employed workers and small and medium-sized businesses. Her extensive hands-on experience in accounting, administration and business support will be a valuable asset to Goldflare in managing its financial and corporate affairs.
