Xcite Announces Management Change
Vancouver, British Columbia, December 21st, 2023 - Xcite Resources Inc. (“XRI”: CSE, or “Xcite”
or the “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jean-Francois Meilleur as
President and CEO and new member of the Board of Directors of Xcite. Mr. Meilleur was VP of
Critical Elements (CRE TSX-V) from 2012 to 2018 leading capital markets and strategic affairs.
From 2017 to 2022, he was President and CEO of Canada Strategic Metals, which became
Quebec Precious Metals after its merger with Matamec Exploration in 2018. Mr. Meilleur was
the leader and architect of the transaction.
Xcite would like to thank Gary Economo for his time as the CEO and member of the board of
directors, and wish him the best of success in his future endeavours.
