Brascan Appoints Johan Shearer as Acting CEO

VANCOUVER, CANADA, August 3, 2023 - Brascan Resources Inc. ("Brascan" or the "Company") (CSE: BRAS) is pleased to announce that Johan Shearer has been appointed as the acting CEO of the Company, replacing Balbir Johal, who will be taking a paid temporary leave of absence from the Company. Mr. Johal will remain on the board of directors of the Company.
