Decade Amends Terms of Georgia River Project Option
Stewart, BC - Decade Resources Ltd. (“Decade”) reported in April 11, 2017 that it had entered into an option agreement with Auramex Resource Corp. on the Georgia River property. Auramex has granted to Decade the right to earn a 75% undivided interest in the Georgia River project by making cash payments to Auramex and incurring exploration expenditures.
Due to the long delay in obtaining a work permit from the Ministry of Mines, the Company has structured an amendment to the agreement. The Company did not think that the permit was going to be issued in time to complete the work program due to the long referral process.:
Decade will assign $700,000 portable assessment credits (“PAC”) to Auramex in consideration of $250,000 exploration work that will be deemed to have been made on the Property by the first anniversary. Actual qualified expenditures made before April 10th, 2018 will be credited to work requirements in 2018. This allows Decade to use the allocated funds from the Georgia River project to further explore the Red Cliff project. Project updates on the Red Cliff drilling, Bow project gold-cobalt exploration and Goat surface sampling will be discussed in a separate release.
Ed. Kruchkowski, P. Geo., a qualified person under National Instrument 43-101, is in charge of the exploration programs on behalf of the Company and is responsible for the contents of this release. E. Kruchkowski is not independent of Decade as he is the president of the Company.
