Tajiri Closes 3,810,000 Unit Non-Brokered Private Placement
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - (March 10th, 2014) - Tajiri Resources Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: TAJ) reports that, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, it will close the non-brokered private placement originally announced December 09th, 2013. The placement consisted of 3,810,000 units in the capital of the Company with each unit priced $0.05 per and consisting of common share and one common share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share in the capital of the Company at $0.10 per whole warrant for 24 months from closing. Gross proceeds to the Company from the placement were CDN $190,500 with the funds being used to maintain the Company’s property interests in Guyana and British Columbia and for general working capital purposes. No fees were paid in association with offering, insiders of the Company participated in the financing, and final closing is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
