ONGOING PRIVATE PLACEMENTS
MONTREAL (QUEBEC) - SIRIOS announces, in agreement with the TSX Venture Exchange, that the two private placements with closings announced on June 30 and August 6 will continue until no later than 20 September 2015.
Neither the TSX Venture Exchange nor its Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the adequacy or accuracy of this release.
