GreenLight Raises $386,250 ___________________________________________________________________________________

VANCOUVER, British Columbia – December 30, 2011 – GREENLIGHT RESOURCES INC. (TSXV.GR), is pleased to announce that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing, documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement of 3,500,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit in the capital stock for total gross proceeds of $350,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of eighteen months from the closing date of the private placement. The shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring April 30, 2012 and a cash finders fee of $17,416 is payable to HBS Financial Planning Ltd. The Company also announces that the TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing, documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement of 290,000 units at a price of $0.125 per unit in the capital stock for total gross proceeds of $36,250. Each unit consists of one flow-through common share and one-half share purchase warrant. Each whole share purchase warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.15 per share for a period of twelve months from the closing date of the private placement. The shares are subject to a four month hold period expiring April 30, 2012 and a cash finders fee of $200 is payable to Canaccord Genuity.
