The Company regrets that, for personal reasons, George Farwell has resigned as a director. George has been a valued director for the past three years and will be missed.

The Company welcomes Mr. Norman Allyn to the Board. Mr. Allyn is a consulting Engineer with over 40 years of international experience including technical expertise in floating structures, mooring design, coastal engineering, small craft harbours and Arctic Structures. He is very familiar with the BC Coast, marine structures and extracting resources from remote locations. Mr. Allyn is a member of ISO and CSA Offshore Structures code committees. He attained his M.Eng. degree in Civil/Structural Engineering at the University of British Columbia in 1974 and is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), registered in the province of British Columbia.

The Company also welcomes Mr. David Kennedy to a new Advisory Board. Mr. Kennedy is a consulting geologist with over 40 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry; his career spans all aspects of the industry from project generation to management. He has extensive experience in British Columbia, with a particular focus on the Stewart Camp. Mr. Kennedy attained a B.Sc. in Geology from Acadia University in Nova Scotia in 1970 and is a Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.), registered in the province of British Columbia.
