PACIFIC IMPERIAL MINES CONDUCTS A NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Vancouver, BC – June 21, 2012 Pacific Imperial Mines Inc. (“PPM”) (TSX-VENTURE-NEX:PPM.H) announces that it will conduct on a best efforts basis, a non-brokered private placement of up to 2,000,000 shares of the company at $0.10 per share to raise gross proceeds of up to $200,000.

The proceeds from the private placement will be used for general working capital purposes. The private placement is subject to receipt of all required regulatory approvals.
