ALEXANDER NUBIA CORRECTS ERRORS IN EARLY WARNING DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE SECOND TRANCHE OF ITS NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

December 23, 2015 Alexander Nubia International Inc. (TSX-V:AAN) (the "Corporation" or "Alexander Nubia") announces that the press release issued yesterday regarding the closing of the second tranche of $350,000 of its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering of up to 30,000,000 units (the "Units"), each unit comprised of one common share in the capital of the Corporation (a "Share") and one warrant (a "Warrant"), at a price of $0.05 per Unit (the "Offering") for total gross proceeds of up to $1,500,000, contained some minor errors in the early warning disclosure regarding Ou Hektik's ("Hektik") and Ou Moonrider's ("Moonrider") holdings. The fourth paragraph of the press release should read as follows:

The Corporation also announces that pursuant to the second tranche of the Offering, each of Hektik and Moonrider acquired 3,500,000 Units at a price of $0.05 per Unit, consisting of 3,500,000 Shares, representing approximately 5.26% of the issued and outstanding Shares as of the date hereof, and 3,500,000 Warrants. The Corporation has been advised that each of Hektik and Moonrider owned and controlled 7,000,000 and 7,875,000 Shares and 7,000,000 and 6,000,000 Warrants, respectively, prior to closing of the second tranche of the Offering. If Hektik was to exercise all of its Warrants, including the Warrants acquired in the second tranche of the Offering, it would then own 21,000,000 Shares, representing approximately 27.27% of the issued and outstanding Shares as of the date hereof (assuming no other convertible securities of the Corporation are exercised). If Moonrider was to exercise all of its Warrants, including the Warrants acquired in the second tranche of the Offering, it would then own 20,875,000 Shares, representing approximately 27.47% of the issued and outstanding Shares as of the date hereof (assuming no other convertible securities of the Corporation are exercised).

All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance under applicable Canadian securities laws. All Shares and Warrants issued in the second tranche of the Offering which closed today are subject to a four-month hold period which ends on April 23, 2016.
